Doorbook turns an Android or Amazon Fire tablet into a sign-in kiosk for events, offices, churches, classes and volunteer shifts. It works offline, keeps visitor information on the tablet, and can copy every check-in to your own Google Drive or Microsoft 365.

Set it up in a few minutes. No accounts to create, no servers to run, and nothing for visitors to download.
Ask what you need
Name, email, phone, company, who they’re visiting, or your own questions. Up to 12 fields, each optional or required. Starter sets for events, visitor logs, volunteers and classes.
Visitor photos
Optionally take a photo at check-in. Photos stay small, stay on the tablet, and can delete themselves after 30, 90 or 365 days.
Works offline
Check-ins are saved on the tablet first, so a bad connection never stops the line. Cloud sync catches up when the network is back.
Kiosk lock
Pin Doorbook to the screen so visitors can’t wander into other apps. Only the admin PIN unlocks it. Dedicated Android tablets can be fully locked down.
Your cloud, not ours
Pro copies every check-in to a Google Sheet, an Excel workbook in OneDrive, or a SharePoint library, with photos in a folder beside it.
Export any time
Download the visitor list as a spreadsheet-ready CSV, or a full backup with photos. Send it by email, Drive or any app on the tablet.

Visitors tap through two short steps and they’re signed in. The form resets itself if someone walks away halfway through.

Behind the PIN: today’s count, search, exports, and settings. With Pro, the list also fills your own Sheet or workbook as people arrive.
Visitor information never comes to us.
Doorbook has no servers that hold visitor data. The tablet talks only to the cloud account you choose, if you choose one.
